We offer our clients customized team and organizational coaching and retreat services. Our retreat topics are varied. Sample topics include preparing for and maintaining Magnet recognition, creating and sustaining vision, increasing emotional intelligence, using 360 feedback for greater effectiveness and success, managing the "5 Dysfunctions of a Team", renewing teams and understanding change, and enhancing communication patterns.
