NCSBN Executive Coaching Services - June 2010

Catherine Robinson-Walker, MBA, Master Certified Coach and President of The Leadership Studio®, has been asked by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) to develop and provide an Executive Coaching Service for the Executive Officers of the State Boards of Nursing. NCSBN will offer executive coaching to Executive Officers to support the Officers and to deepen leadership capacity within the National Council.

Ms. Robinson-Walker and The Leadership Studio® team of six seasoned executive coaches will offer coaching that focuses on the individual needs of the Executive Officers while addressing the leadership competencies that NCSBN has identified to promote leadership succession and successful stewardship of NCSBN. AONE / Leadership Studio Collaboration - March 2009

The American Organization of Nurse Executives and The Leadership Studio® are collaborating to create an Executive Coaching Resource Center for nurse leaders, which will be available to AONE members in late 2009. The center will provide a one-stop Web-based library where busy nursing leaders can learn about executive coaching. “The benefits of creating this resource are core to AONE’s values and strategic objectives,” said AONE CEO Pamela Thompson.
